Special Olympics

Kapolei High School's FIRST ever participation in the Special Olympics. Please congratulate these young men as they qualified for the State games on June 2, 3, & 4.
• Shaan Nair qualified by placing first in the 200, 400, and Long Jump.
• Kamae Abella qualified by placing second in the 200 & Shot Put, and placing 4th in the 100.

FCCLA Members Score High at State Competition

Please congratulate the following students who presented their projects this past week to a panel of industry professionals at the CTSO and FCCLA state convention.
• Kyle Villanueva-Kishida and Josh Danao both took Gold Honors for Food Innovations
• Roderrick Simpliciano, Christian Hoapili, Cliff Villanueva all three took Gold for
• Zach First Cura took Sliver in Interior Design.
The five scoring Gold will now move on to the National Competition in San Diego in July.
