Project Grad 2015 is Set to Go!

Thanks to Oahu Party Bus, KHS Project Grad Class of 2015 is ready to go, to their drug-free & alcohol-free "Party All Night" event. Their generous donation of bus service to the graduates is truly appreciated by the Project Grad Parents committee. Without their support, Project Grad would not have afforded the cost of transportation for the event.

Class of 2015 Graduation Announcements

1) CAP AND GOWNS - ABSOLUTE last day to order is April 11 at www.balfour.com

2) 2nd CLEARANCE CARD - Will be distributed by May 1st

3) ℅ 2015 FINAL FUNDRAISER: Drink donations for the senior class May Day concession held on May 1st
Donations may be dropped off near the portables from 7:15 am - 7:45 am April 20-24 and April 27-30

4) DRESS CODE FOR GRADUATION
Boys - White collar shirt with Black Tie, Black Slacks, and Black Shoes
Girls - Appropriate length Black Dress or Skirt with White Top, or White Top with Black Slacks and Black Shoes

5) MANDATORY GRADUATION REHEARSALS
Rehearsals are MANDATORY to participate in commencement exercises. Failure to attend rehearsals could jeopardize your participation in commencement exercises.
Rehearsal schedule is:
Tuesday, May 26th at 8 am - 10 am / First song rehearsal in cafeteria
Wednesday, May 27th at 8 am - 12 pm / Cafeteria, Senior Breakfast, Senior Walk, Full commencement rehearsal in Gym/Field
Thursday, May 28th at 4 pm - 6 pm / Full commencement rehearsal in Gym/Field, Parent Seat Ticket pick-up

6) COMMENCEMENT DAY May 29, 2015 at 6 pm
Graduates must arrive and be dropped off in the Gym at 4pm. Graduates must be dressed in their cap and gowns. No cell phones, cameras, and leis.
5:15pm Class photo
Gates for General Public will open at 4pm. Seating on a first come, first serve basis.
No Coolers, Lawn Chairs, Balloons, Signs or Pets will be allowed into the Stadium during the ceremony.
Balloons and Signs may be dropped off at the back door of I Building for storage and be picked up after the Ceremony.
Umbrellas will be allowed into the Stadium however will need to be lowered and closed during the Ceremony.

7) PROJECT GRADUATION
Deadline for Project Graduation is May 15, 2015.

8) GRADUATION DVD
Kapolei High School Creative Media will be filming the entire Commencement Exercises and will be available for purchase for $10. Forms can be picked up at the Front Office.

Will be on Saturday, June 6, 2015
9:00 am at Kapolei High School Cafeteria
Students must bring a current drivers permit and a parent or legal guardian
Selection will be by lottery, 32 positions are available
Selected students along with their parents or legal guardian will remain for a 45 minute orientation meeting
Classes will begin Monday, June 8 and continue for 17 school days
Cost is $10
